The B & B "Villa Groc" is located in a detached house with private entrance and private garden, in the Maria Pia area. It is 300 meters from the homonymous pinewood and the beaches of "Lido di San Giovanni," the old town is 20 minutes walking along the Bousquet promenade. Close the B & B there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, pharmacy, tennis club, swimming pool, bus stops to and from downtown and airport (6 km). The B & B "Villa Groc" has two double / twin rooms with shared bathroom and a spacious bedroom (third / fourth bed) with private bathroom, kitchen (with fridge and microwave for guests) and the large dining room.
