It proposes, on two levels, 3 types of double bedrooms all with en suite bathroom. - "Delux with balcony" Room: 26 mq, parquet, balcony, double bed, flat screen TV, refrigerator, wardrobe with mirror, desk, private bathroom (with double sink and shower), hairdryer, roller blind with remote control, free Wi- Fi, air conditioning (extra), fan, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Smoking area in the balcony. An relax/reading area with sofa and balcony is in common with the owners. Downstairs it has a Living Room with balcony and Kitchen / Breakfast Area in common with the other two bedrooms ("Doubleroom with balcony" and "Doubleroom with baby cot"). Two options for breakfast: Self service in the Breakfast Area at the B&B or served at the Bar. - "Doubleroom with balcony": 14 mq, ceramic floor, balcony, double bed, flat screen TV, clothes hangers, desk, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and window, hairdryer, clothes horse. - "Double Room with baby cot": 14 sqm, marble floor, double bed, baby cot max 6 years old, flat screen TV, clothes hangers, writing desk, baby bed, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, clothes horse. Iron and ironing board in the kitchen. Smoking area in the balconys. This two bedrooms have a Living Room with balcony and Kitchen / Breakfast Area in common with the "Delux Bedroom". Two options for breakfast: Self service in the area Breakfast at the B & B or served at the Bar. The Breakfast Area has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee Moka and toaster.
