Casolare Uliveto is surrounded by 5,000 square meters of countryside and divided into 3 guest apartments (CILIEGIO, MELOGRANO, MANDORLO) and one designated for a farming family. *** CASA CILIEGIO (113 sqm) is a spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. In recent months, it has been completely renovated along with the rest of the property. The living area includes: • An entrance, a dining room, and a bright living room with access to a well-equipped panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with breathtaking views; • An antique kitchen with original 19th-century tiles and a fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to the rear garden, where you will find a marble dining table, a barbecue, and a wisteria pergola that creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The sleeping area consists of: • Three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with two single beds; • Two bathrooms: one en-suite and a second full bathroom. Public transport is available (bus 067 Cava - S. Lucia - S. Anna), but having your own car is highly recommended to explore the surroundings.
