We are pleased to provide customized offers for stays of less than 7 days. Our Flatiron app 2 is composed of a spacious kitchen with a sofa, two bedrooms with either double or single beds, a bathroom, and to make your stay unforgettable, a marvelous terrace with a sea view that extends to infinity, furnished with table and chairs in local ceramic, deck chairs, and an umbrella. Imagine being able to have breakfast or sip a good wine at sunset. Our accommodations have been recently renovated, therefore finely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen, in classic style, is equipped with: induction hob, coffee machine (Italian/moka), classic and microwave oven, toaster, fridge, tableware, dishwasher, table, and chairs. In each room, a wall-mounted LCD with satellite TV system plus an air conditioner are installed. The accommodation also features a washing machine, safe, and free Wi-Fi. No barbecue. During your stay, we will always be at your complete disposal for any eventuality! Paid private parking available upon request. Tourist Tax € 2.50 per person, per day; Tourist Tax to be paid in cash, on site. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AND INFANTS.
