Restaurant The Echo of the Mountains has a unique and interesting story. It was founded in 1974 as a local entertainment for small ceremonies Buffet for the spirit of initiative of the owner Francesco Pannullo former founder of a well-established bakery. Experience gained by turning to the world (as chef de cuisine and pastry), the Founder gives an impression very precise at the restaurant, which is distinguished by the authenticity of its cuisine and the pleasantness of its services. Within a short time it becomes specializes in organizing Wedding Banquet and any other type of ceremony. With the consent of his clients, the family-run restaurant is enlarged with new spaces and services. With a policy of continuous investment, the restaurant is annually renewed and enlarged. In 1994 he was also a Pizzeria and inaugurates a new room dedicated to food, "the Charter" and the taste of the pizza. The volcanic resourcefulness of the property continues after three years with the opening of 2 new rooms with "Garden" which is accompanied by a large terrace to enjoy the specialties under the stars. Great restaurant has always paid attention to the type of cuisine and to emphasize its commitment to directly control all production processes, the restaurant uses its own pastry, pasta, ice cream.
