A unique culinary journey that explores some of the most Iconic recipes of the Italian Peninsula with ingredients sourced from local farms and artisan producers that only use sustainable and biodynamic practices, all dishes are paired with different wines from all over Italy offering our guests an incredible choice of wine tastings and pairings covering a vast range of different grape varietals. The setting is in a private villa overlooking the main bay with stunning views along the riviera. Only Small Group no larger than 10, our focus and aim is to offer only the best and highest end quality both in the food that we prepare with our guests as well as the experience itself. This is a hands on event where you are actively part of all aspects of dish creation, or if you prefer to sip on multiple glasses of delightful grape juice you are welcome to enjoy that too. Everyone is welcome at my table.
