The taste of my memories I am Sergio and I was born in Praiano in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. I have three children and a wonderful family. I have traveled the world knowing so many beautiful people. I have worked in hotels and restaurants since I was very young. I had the opportunity to improve my skills and learn what hospitality is, until it becomes a passion. Now with these years of experience I have the opportunity to share my knowledge, showing my guests how to create local dishes. Thank you
