We assure you that the three spacious and independent suites with a common comfortable living room and a kitchen will gurantee you the maximum privacy and comfort during your stay at the Villa. Each suite is furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, Nespresso machine and an internal and external wi fi connection. It s relaxing to enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace and take a walk in the garden among the lemon trees and a variety of flowering plants. Depending on availablity, if you are coming by car and if you let us know in advance, we could arrange a guarded private parking spot on our premises for free. On arrival at the Villa, there will be Davide to meet you and welcome you. Davide speaks Italian and English. He is very reliable and could be called upon to drive you around the town. You can also call upon him for whatever assistance you may need during your stay such as grocery shopping and planning excursions, etc. authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed breakfasts.
