Since 1998 the Gelato Voglia Di ... puts first the quality of its products, selected to maintain the tradition of true homemade ice cream. Ennio Cannella, in its ice cream since 1990, has always used high quality natural raw materials, such as the Piedmont hazelnut I.G.P .; the pure pistachio of Sicily and the fresh fruit of Val D'Aso. The innovation of the Pasticceria Fredda comes with the same ingredients as ice cream, without any hydrogenated vegetable fat, making the cake a masterpiece. All this has been possible thanks to our dear customers who believe in what we have been doing for 16 years.
