Le Residenze degli Ulivi represent a successful experiment in transforming a wonderful old Campofilone farm into an agriturismo of excellent beauty, charming hospitality and excellent cuisine. It is situated in a Mediterranean park overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the east and the stunning Sibillini Mountains to the west. Olive trees dominate a beautiful garden of 5,000 square meters and, located masterfully between the greenery and the flowers, are the beautiful suites that welome you with charm and a sense of deep inner serenity.There are twelve suites in total, with each and every suite restored with great skill and geared to privacy and relaxation. For the added pleasure of the guests, there is a beautifully situated swimming pool and a multiplicity of covered spaces for resting, reading, sunbathing, or playing, all surrounded by the beautiful trees and plants of the Mediterranean garden. Two different kitchens, each with their own distinct dining room, provide two different interpretations of local culinary traditions. The Pesce Innamorato offers seafood cuisine inspired by the catch of the day, resulting in wonderful dishes of absolute freshness and simplicity.The Acinochevola offers tastings of fine cooked meats, platters of cold artisan meats, cheeses, grilled and steamed vegetables, but most importantly, the precious gold threads that are the pride of Campofilone: the pasta maccheroncini, cooked to exacting local tradition.To complete the full 360 degree culinary experience, the two restaurants utilize a cellar stocked with fine wines produced primarily in Le Marche, along with a wonderful selection of handcrafted beers. Le Residence degli Ulivi also offers banqueting services for weddings, private parties, meetings and conferences.
