The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra, famous etruscan and medieval city, and San Gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. It' s also surraunded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area. The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are welcome. Outside there is a swimming pool and there is a big olive grove all around. There's also a nice barbeque area with space for eating and a children's play-ground.If you've your own pc you can use for free or wi-fi connection. The apartment is located at the first floor: living room with cooking corner n.2 double bedrooms with double bed where we can add a single bed or a baby-cot n.1 bedroom with a bunkbed bath with shower covered balcony with table and chairs Independent entrance. The terrace is covered from a ceiling of chestnut beams including table and chairs for relaxing times.
