A restaurant, a hotel, many people, a large family... Antonio and Margherita in 1958 bought a small country house and transformed it into a "Trattoria" since then they offered their cooking skills to both hunters and tourists. The idea of the name came from the old local hunchback that lived nearby, "U Gubbin," who sold in times of need the water of the river below the old farmhouse. Generation after generation, traditions and quality are kept intact.
