RAW MATERIALS: The cooking philosophy reflects the two great passions that have always distinguished us: the sea and good food; and it draws on the culinary tradition of the territory, reinterpreted in a contemporary way, respecting the seasonality of raw materials, mostly local. LOCATION: in summer for lunch in a frame made of teak wood, dinner by the sea with your feet in the sand and lulled by the music of the waves; in the sun-kissed winter weekend on a "sand dune" on the sea ... Each time it will be for you the first time and we will make it forever. A PROJECT FOOD: The constant desire to experiment, combined with the pleasure of creativity and artistic talent of the chef, is translated in colorful and funny dishes, characterized by color and taste balance, to the satisfaction of sight and palate, with a particular fondness for fish and shellfish of our sea.
