In our "Esercizio di Vicinato" you can find cold and warm dishes - depending on the season - of the local Ligurian tradition, but also typical dishes of the regions close to us such as Tuscany and Piedmont. Dedicated to experimentation are special days with a fixed menu to bring you our interpretation of international dishes. Almost every week we offer aperitif menus. Our facility is available to accommodate Birthday party and special events. We also have a catering service, often in collaboration with ASD Club Ippico Cairese in Cairo Montenotte, which is always a beautiful setting for parties and special events. Next to the refreshment point is the 'transformation lab', where the raw materials coming from our vegetable gardens are processed! You can find all the jars (of tomato, jams of different flavors, ketchup) in the exhibitors at the refreshment point.
