RESTAURANT IN MALS IN SOUTH TYROL. RELAXED. PERSONAL. AND SIMPLY DELICIOUS. Dining at the Calva is truly a social occasion. Take your time to savour, relax, and enjoy yourself. You don't have to dress up or mind your table manners. Simplicity is our specialty in our cosy retreat. In the afternoon the host Norbert offers guests a glass of the local Laatscher wine to sample. Get to know the country and the people. On your walk, stop at the Calva and enjoy one - or two scoops of our homemade gelato. Meanwhile, Meinrad, our chef of over 25 years, is in the kitchen preparing our regional dishes, whereas our pizzaiolo makes the very best pizza in Vinschgau. Our outstanding food and the warm, familiar atmosphere attract local regulars as well as our house guests to join us again and again for dinner in the Calva, our restaurant in Mals in Vinschgau.
