Roxy is a modern and historic venue that offers to its customers the best of Sicilian culinary tradition, using local products. Our pizzas are prepared with flours of Sicilian stone-ground grains and left to grow for 24 hours with our sourdough. Seasoned with selected ingredients and cooked in a wood oven with olive wood, our pizza is light and healthy as tradition. We also provide a whole GLUTENFREE menù for gluten intolerants. The glutenfree pizzas are precooked and frozen, provided by a bakery that deals exclusively with gluten-free products, then seasoned and cooked in our kitchen in an environment reserved exclusively for gluten-free meals. Besides the pizzas, you can also enjoy a good dessert, produced, packaged and frozen from the same bakery.
