Tenuta San Marcello
About
Tenuta San Marcello is a family‑run agritourism estate tucked in the rolling hills of San Marcello in the Marche region of Italy. The property combines the charm of a traditional farm with modern comforts, offering guests a tranquil setting characterised by vineyards, olive groves, and a stunning saltwater pool overlooking the surrounding hills. Guests are welcomed into a beautifully restored farm building that houses a rustic yet elegant tasting room, a cosy living room with a fireplace, and eight double rooms plus four contemporary apartments, each designed to blend with the natural palette of the estate. The estate also boasts its own winery producing the region’s prized Lacrima di Morro d’Alba and Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, sold in the on‑site wine shop and via a virtual enoteca. Local cuisine is served at the on‑site Osteria del Vignaiolo, where seasonal menus are crafted by chefs Cecilia Cargini and Andrea Purgatori to complement the wines, emphasizing farm‑to‑table freshness and sustainable practices. In addition to accommodation and dining, Tenuta San Marcello offers a range of experiential activities such as guided tours, wine‑tasting sessions, cycling trips, and wellness offerings that provide an engaging, immersive experience of the Marche countryside.
