Candida Palace is an elegant and sumptuous historic building set in the ancient village of the beautiful city of Gerace (RC). This B & B is a place to relax and enjoy the artistic beauties of which this small village is rich. The Palace was built by one of the most illustrious bishops that the city has ever had. In fact, Bishop Andrea Candida, Bishop of Gerace 1552-1574, heir to a noble family of Syracuse, was the one who founded the seminary of Gerace and left, for the Cathedral, several paintings of great value and furnishings.
