Hotel 1000 Miglia is located in Monteroni d'Arbia, 10 km south of Siena, 15 km from Montalcino, 20/30 min. from other historical towns such as: San Gimignano, Pienza e Montepulciano, from amazing landscapes: le Crete Senesi, il Chianti, the Val d'Orcia and from famous thermal springs like Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and Rapolano Terme. Hotel 1000 Miglia is located exactly on the side of the "Via Francigena" or "Canterbury Way", the ancient road which in Middle Ages connected Canterbury to Rome. There is the possibility of walks, also by bike or mountain-bike on pathways along woods or the "Crete", breathing fresh air, discovering changing landscapes with, if desired, expert guides.
