This apartment with "tourist lease" is located a few steps from Piazza Archimede and Piazza Duomo, the beating heart of the old city. Cas'amuri is on two levels: through an entrance staircase, you enter the first floor where there are two large and comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. A second staircase leads to the second floor where there is a kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the roofs of Ortigia. It is therefore a tourist location. The house is equipped with all comforts: each room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, with particular attention to some strictly handmade upholstery accessories. Cas'amuri is sheltered from the noises of nightlife, finding itself in a characteristic ronco. The area is very well served: a few meters away there are a supermarket, shops, bars, a hairdresser, restaurants and a solarium where you can enjoy the sun and the sea of the beautiful Syracuse.
