The farm is located in the center of the village of San Giacomo in Val di Vizze at 1480 m a.s.l. right in the middle of the Alps massif 11 km from the Austrian border. The farm offers accommodation in apartments and rooms, is a milk producer and is associated with the Vipiteno Social Dairy which mainly sells yogurt, butter and milk. The structure has been family-run since 1310 and has been named "hereditary farm", a title that the president of the province reserves for farms that are owned by the same family for a minimum of 200 years. The farmhouse has apartments or rooms, where breakfast is also served on request. The apartments are of different sizes: a very large apartment with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people, consisting of kitchen, pantry, balcony, bathroom. Another apartment for 1-4 people with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe. Finally, there is an apartment for 4-8 people consisting of 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchen and wardrobe. The apartments are located on the first and second floors. The farm also has a garden where you can have barbecues and children can have fun in the playground. Activities and surroundings: The area in the close vicinity of the farm is ideal above all for hiking in the high mountains where you can find many shelters and peaks. The walks along the valley between pastures and waterfalls are also pleasant. It is also possible to go mountain biking, in fact there are many marked tours, or to do Nordic walking, as the park is only 50 m away. In winter it is possible to go cross-country skiing thanks to the presence of the ring right in front of the farm. The ring has a perimeter of 30 km and different levels of difficulty.
