Il Mattarello was born in Abruzzo in Campo di Giove, in 1992 with the aim of enhancing typical Abruzzo products by combining tradition and innovation. Each product is made exclusively by hand, using the highest quality ingredients from the territory, some of them organic. chosen to bring a unique and genuine product to the customer's table. The production focuses mainly on traditional D'Abruzzo sweets obtained exclusively from recipes handed down orally from the local folk tradition. The production process is followed meticulously and exclusively by hand with the use of very few machines.
