We have chosen a typical expression of our places, "Izzica", as the name of our restaurant, to testify respect for our traditions. At the same time we want this exclamation of wonder to be replicated by those who have just finished one of the dishes proposed by chef Antonio Turrisi. Self-taught, the chef has been able to grasp ideas and suggestions from the Italian high school of cooking, taking part in several courses led by some of the most renowned Italian starred. By booking an Izzica table we have certified that you can taste numerous recipes of traditional Apulian cuisine. But, being a gourmet restaurant, we are confident that we can offer your palate with refined ingredients such as, for example, white truffle. From appetizers to first courses of sea and land, from second to raw fish, to desserts, a simple meal turns into an experience to be repeated as soon as possible.
