Together with them, we are committed to a sustainable circular flow. The products we serve at the Boka Hotel are always fresh, prepared with love and of course masterfully presented, with regional products always having priority. The wine list is very carefully composed of exclusively Slovenian wines, which proudly match every dish on our menu. From the wine-growing districts of Goriška Brda, the Vipava Valley, the Karst, Slovenian Istria, Dolenjska, Štajerska and Posavje, we chose winemakers who have a philosophy most similar to ours.
