VILLA LAS ROSAS offers an ideal stay for those who want to enjoy the sea and Alghero social life, without sacrificing the peace and rural serenity. The house is on two levels on the upper floor there is the sleeping area with three rooms, a first en suite bedroom, and one second large bathroom. Downstairs there is a large room with fireplace, a living room, a kitchen a double bedroom and a third bathroom with washing machine. Outside there is a large veranda, a barbecue area, an outdoor swimming pool 5x10 solarium around the pool with sun beds, garden with lawn and ample parking. The bedrooms are air conditioned. In the hall, there is a TV with satellite channels also our guests can take advantage of the free wifi, The kitchen has a four burner stove oven and microwave there are also a kettle, toaster, coffee dishes, and dishwasher.
