Our kitchen offers the possibility to taste the typical dishes of the Berchiddese tradition and taste delicious local wines. The specialties not to be missed are the Zuppa Berchiddese and the gnocchetti alla Campidanese, but one cannot but be surprised by the taste of the products of the area, such as cheeses and cold cuts.
