Beautiful apartment for 5 people (4 adults + 1 children) in old farmhouse, carefully restored. Only 1.7 kms from Spoleto Centre. Car recommended but not essential. The Ulivo apartment is recently refurbished to a very high standard, including an outdoor covered terraced (with table and chairs) and a beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. It comprises a large lounge area and tiled kitchen complete with all necessary utensils. There are two confortable bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a four poster bed; a triple bedroom with two single beds and a smaller bed. Three bathrooms (with showers) one of which is suitable for disabled guests. Dishwasher, Washer machine, Microwave, Oven.. WIFI free. Wonderful panoramic swimming pool (common area). Only 1.7 kms from Spoleto Centre. Car recommended but not essential. Fabulous outdoor covered terrace. Well connected to other well-known Umbria art towns (Perugia,Todi.. .)
