The estate is located between Amelia (5 km) and Lugnano in Teverina (5 km) and lies on a small hill at 450 m above sea level and offers a stunning panoramic view over the hills and the valleys all around. Surrounded by the large garden and the olive grove of around 2,000 trees, the typical Umbrian estate of the 17th century was recently restored and converted into a comfortable country house, smartly decorated with period furniture. The three independent apartments available for rent are of different sizes and can comfortably accommodate from two up to five people. Big living/dining room available for parties. Private swimming pool (12x6), BBQ with fireplace, wood oven, mountain bikes, parking. Free wifi. Guests are welcomed with extra virgin olive oil, honey, olive in brine, fruits and vegetables, eggs.
