La Nocciolaia an historical traditional holiday farmhouse La Nocciolaia is restored from the original structure of an 1870s barn and home, located in the territory of the old city of Narni, Umbria region (central Italy). The property reside near the old historical town of Orticoli and Calvi, nestled in an expansive valley with traditional Italian rolling green hills surrounded by olive trees and quality vynards in a good farmland, and mountains peaking in the distance. The house is set on 4.5 hectares (11.1 acres) of private land, with wildlife and greenery filling the property; among those are two olive orchards, 160 apple trees (old Italian annurca variety), 500 lavender plants curving around hand-built stone retaining walls and pathways.
