La Pinturella" is an old stone farmhouse dating back to 700 and keep signs and an authentic taste of the past. Surrounded by green hills (450m above sea level) and extensive campaigns by bold colors invites to rest and relax and ensures a cool and windy climate even in hot weather. A large green space (7000 mq) dotted with olive trees, fruit trees, oak trees, suggests long walks and strategic stops to admire the extraordinary colors of light at dawn and sunset.The structure is composed by 2 apartments, all independent, have a kitchen and at least one bathroom with shower, color TV, heating (on consumption). They are on the first floor and benefiting from shared terrace opening onto a large green space. Private pool. Private parking. The TORRE apartment is the oldest part of the house organized on two levels with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 double bedrooms furnished with taste and elegance, a lounge with a fireplace and furniture rural tradition. Two single beds added. The ALBA apartment with its stone wall bears the traces of the ancient Roman city of Carsulae. Consists of a romantic double bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, a bathroom with shower, a room that evokes a country with an ancient wrought iron bed, a sofa bed and a chest of drawers in walnut, then a cozy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette ..
