The main house has four bedrooms, each with a private bath, lakeviews, a living room with a fireplace that creates a buffer zone between the different areas of the property and a lounge with a corner bar where one can relax with friends and family. The midieval town of Sellano where Le Fate Umbria is located characterizes this area. It has origins dating back to the 1300's. It is situated 700 m (about 2297 feet) above sea level and it is located along the Vigi River Valley which is a northern tributary of the Nera River, a few kilometers between Assisi and Spoleto. All of the rooms are tastefully furnished with elegance. Painted in tones of red and gray they are designed to ensure a relaxing stay with a friendly atmosphere. It gives one the sensation of living in a bygone era, but with all the comforts necessary to meet the needs of our guests. The rooms are all independently equipped with every comfort: exclusive private bathrooms with shower or bath, Wi-Fi, heating, map of the city, and a set of towels and linens to ensure privacy and comfort.
