Urbani Truffle Museum was founded by Olga Urbani, in memory of her father, the Cavaliere del Lavoro Paolo Urbani, which welcomes and moves visitors from all over the world. At the entrance, amid quotations from Shakespeare about truffles scribbled on the walls and thousands of signatures and dedications from those who have passed through these rooms, there are so many touching scenarios from an old history interwoven with effort and sacrifices. One sign is outstanding: "This museum is dedicated to those who can renew themselves without forgetting the past. A place of memory, dearer and more splendid than any other possession, it preserves the hope of turning nostalgia for the past into positive energy for facing the future.
