Our style is typical of a Bistro with an a la carte menu and continually changing dishes. The cuina Mediterranea, though revisited in 2.0 mode (so we like to define it), makes it a master. Our dishes are a mixture of the great Italian and Mediterranean classics contaminated by the continued intuitions of our chef Gaetano Nolano who after a long experience in Italy and the world came to 55! We try to follow as much as possible the seasonality of the products. The room is equipped with a beautiful garden and a green area. Inside the room there are other seating areas where during the winter season we welcome our guests from breakfast in the morning until dinner through classic afternoon and The evening aperitif !!!
