On the first floor there are a double room and one apartment with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with other two sofa-bed to accommodate up to 5 people. The aprtment and one double room are equipped with air conditioning. All the rooms are provided of mosquito nets and a private bathroom.
