- Temporarily closed Ricciola Saracena is located inside the oldest building in the village of Sperlonga. With its vaulted ceilings and typical whitewashed walls, it recalls the colors used by fishermen to paint their boats, varnishes that were then reused to paint the doors of their houses, immersed in the alleys overlooking the sea. In our kitchen we use materials coming mostly from the companies of the Pontine area and surrounding areas because we care about the territorial identity. We like to offer wines that are an authentic expression of the origin territory, natural, alive, genuine wines.
