Guests are invited to begin their day with an international buffet or a la carte breakfast, offering a comprehensive selection of healthy, hearty and indulgent options. As evening falls, the restaurant welcomes guests and visitors for dinner. Like its décor, our restaurant’s menu is inspired by Sardinian culture and created around locally grown traditional and seasonal ingredients, freshly harvested or fished. Each dish is created around food sustainability, health and memorable flavours, served with aesthetic flair to ensure it looks as good as it tastes. Equally as thoughtful and well-catered for are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. Our à la carte menu is accompanied by special tasting four course menus. The sommelier will guide you through the contents of the extensive wine cellar, which includes many fine vintages from Sardinia, Italy and vineyards worldwide.
