La Cinta - Il Surfista is a restaurant in San Teodoro that since 1987 offers a traditional Sardinian gastronomic selection, both for those who want to try it for the first time, and for the locals. In our menu you will always find Sardinian suckling pig (Porcetto) cooked as usual in the wood oven (the only restaurant in the area to do so, according to Sardinian traditions), handmade pasta using Sardinian flours and local fish. We offer a fine selection of fish, with dishes with lobster and lobster and typical Sardinian dishes, such as fregula and culurgiones, made by hand. Our chef is not only stuck in tradition though. Many of our dishes combine the traditional Sardinian spirit with modernity, with recipes revisited and made contemporary. The choice for our diners can be that of the Tasting Menu: we have a fish version and a traditional Sardinian version. With this menu you can live a real culinary experience of our land. We also offer a gluten-free menu for celiacs.
