Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a room with TV, a patio with veranda and garden overlooking the sea equipped with outdoor sofas and built-in barbecue, a hot outdoor shower. Internal parking maximum 3 spaces. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one inside a double bedroom), a living room with a single bed, kitchen, solarium and terrace overlooking the sea with dining table.
