"Magic Hill" is the ideal accommodation for families with children or for those who want to enjoy some days in Valmontone in an excellent location to reach the Rainbow Magicland park, the Fashion District Outlet or the natural park of La Selva and, at the same time, want to take time out in a quiet and relaxing place (see where it is located for further information).Magic Hill is a completely independent house with garden, sun terrace and private parking for guests. We try to offer the best to all our guests: single travelers, couples who want to spend a romantic weekend, families with children or a group of friends.Recently renewed, the B & B offers different types of accommodations that are located on two floors; all with private entrance from the garden and private bathrooms, functional to ensure the privacy of our guests:• Two large double bedrooms with unsuited bathroom;• An accommodation suitable for families or groups of friends which consists of a large double bedroom and a small bedroom.Downstairs, the heart of the house consists of small lounge (Sole e Luna) with a small kitchen; the access to these common area is from the garden and from both the accommodations which are located in the ground floor. All accommodations have private entrance, air conditioner, LCD TV, internet access, private bathroom and hairdryer. In the common kitchen is available to our guests the fridge, microwave, kettle and other articles to make a fast snacks or meals for babies.For other uses we will be happy to help our guests if the requests are compatible with the overall needs of the structure and of the other guests.Guests can use the terrace/solarium during the day.SERVICES:Breakfast: the guests can make their breakfast by themselves. The kitchen will be daily refurnished with all the beverages. A self-service buffet will be offered in Sole e Luna common room. Bath towels will be changed every 3 days (earlier on request)Bed linens will be changed every week (earlier upon request).Use of the kitchen: it is allowed to have snacks and to make fast meals for babies.Using the common room: it is available to our guests throughout the day for consumption of beverages, snacks and to enjoy some relaxing moment. A kettle, a microwave oven and a toaster are available to our guests.
