About

FoodLab is a Cooking Academy animated by people who share a passion for good food. Every week our calendar includes at least 5 hand-on cooking courses for enthusiasts of all levels: basic courses, advanced courses, single-topic courses, master-classes with trendy cooks. In over 10 years of activity we have developed our own teaching method, extremely practical to make our lessons interesting and fun: all the participants do everything assisted by at least 2 chefs and the wash attendant, to leave nothing to chance. Each participant has his own fully equipped station. For companies we organize culinary team building events. For kitchen professionals we regularly organize high-profile professional courses and professional refresher courses.
