Isabella, our Chef, proposes the Piedmontese cuisine, with traditional recipes but always present; known by the rural families of the past, sometimes with infiltration of the finest recipes, you escaped from the kitchens of noble houses. Imagination, passion and desire to propose old recipes but always new. Francis will brighten lunches and dinners by offering quality wines of the region and also in other regions. The wine list is able to satisfy even the most discerning palates. You will find a wide selection of white, red and sparkling wines. To digest, however, homegrown grappa and liqueurs.
