He is in the kitchen with his daughter Barbara and leaves the room in the hands of the talented partner, Maura Squillari. Here you eat the dishes of Piedmontese cuisine with a certain preference for risotto and soups, which is all made on the spot and that the menu changes constantly. Siamo in centro, a due passi dal monumento dedicato a Vittorio Emanuele II re d’Italia. Qui dal 2010 si trova questa bella osteria, gestita da Antonio Dacomo è un gran bel personaggio… Sta in cucina con la figlia Barbara e lascia la sala in mano alla bravissima socia, Maura Squillari. Qui si mangia i piatti della cucina piemontese con una certa predilezione per risotti e zuppe, che tutto viene realizzato sul momento e che il menù cambia in continuazione.
