Our restaurant offers dishes based on biological products, retracing, season by season, recipes of food culture of these ancient lands, delights, in addition to international dishes that can arouse pleasant emotions. Restaurant overlooks the country yard and the swimming pool and has a cozy and refined environment thanks to the ceiling with bricks vaults, terracotta floor, copper lamps, soft coloured tablecloths and natural light. In summer season meals may be served outdoor on the terrace in front of the swimming pool. The breakfast room, intimate and reserved, welcomes the Guest with an inviting buffet of sweet and savoury delicacies prepared in our kitchen in order to delight the palate since the early hour of the day. A carefully detailed service intensifies the feeling of extreme refinement of the place. The entire staff works to ensure a quick and personalized service to the Guest satisfying the most demanding requirements, since our operative strategy is the continual improvement of performance that makes of its quality an added value for the Guest. From 1st October the restaurant Gemma di Rosa is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner. Saturday and Sunday lunch. Closed Sunday evening and Monday all day.
