A small taste shop full of unique and carefully selected products: cheeses, cold cuts and other specialties from all over Italy. Our experience is thirty years, born and raised in the largest market in Europe, at the Antica Tettoia dell'Orologio of Porta Palazzo. In the historic market of Turin we are trying to promote organic, artisanal products, raw milk cheeses and Slow Food Presidia! Where are we going to get them? Wherever you deserve. But everywhere seriously: in Val Pellice the Saras del Fen; on the Asiago plateau; in Alto Molise the Macchione; in the Valle del Belice la Vastedda; in Barbagia the Gavoi; in Sauris the Prosciutto ... and we don't stop here. Products that we are going to choose personally. Or go to the mountains, or come to us at Torino.
