We carry forward the excellent Piedmontese patisserie tradition characterized by the fresh mignon pastries, salted pastries and thee pastries. Production of handmade pralines and chocolate subjects of the young master chocolatier Giancarlo Alosa. We are also characterized by a large own production of biscuits and leavened, unique and inimitable our croissants, panettone and cakes. After the last renewal we have a real kitchen that together with our laboratory and can provide lunches expressed fresh and quality at reasonable prices and a large repertoire of finger food and sweet and savory food for catering of all kinds. We have spacious interiors available for private parties and private aperitif. Friday and Saturday night Apericena Capello, an award winning apericena quality Parella area in Turin.
