Born in 1980, self-taught, he opened his first restaurant in Alba (Cn) in 2014. The commitment and dedication lead to the recognition of his first Michelin Star in 2018. After eight years of great satisfaction in the Langhe area, the new reality is born in the city of Turin. On the slopes of the hills of Turin, the starred Chef Andrea Larossa has found the place of his heart for his restaurant, where he can best express respect for the tradition of the Langhe and the historic Savoyard city, the first capital of Italy, through a kitchen enveloping, innovative and elegant. "The search for technique and great raw materials are the strong points of my cuisine". Ranging from the territory to the edge of the world, I try to convey emotions, flavors and memories in my dishes to make you live an unforgettable experience.
