At Sfarinando you can taste good, light and digestible pizzas and farinata (a tipical italian dish made with chickpea flour). Every dough is made with special flours - stoneground, spelt, kamut... -, rised for 48 hours and cooked in wood oven. We use high quality and certified ingredients for our stuffings that often come from local producers. Every day you can also find at Sfarinando fresh self-produced desserts and a special beers' selection, drough or bottled. The local, up-to-date and comfortable, is perfect for adults and children; inside there's a children area and outside a dehors.
