Taken over in 2015 from Gramaglia Family, Trattoria Amicizia has shortly become a balanced meeting point between past and future, between the gastronomic tradition of Piedmont and culinary innovation. Today, Trattoria Amicizia is able to welcome their guests inside a warm environment characterised by a marked familiar atmosphere. The intrinsic passion putted in dishes preparation, combined with an judicious choice of the seasonal ingredients of the Piedmontese territory, gives birth to flavours from the typical notes of homemade Italian dishes, never trivialised thanks to the estro and passion of Chef Kevin, class 1996.
