The Ohibì restaurant was born from the desire of creating a place linked to the concept of Gastrosophy (from greek "wisdom of belly"), it means the art with the main goal of reaching an higher level in the art of cooking, so that eating and drinking can become more than just a primal need for body, but mostly a pleasure for body and mind.
