Property Layout and Features Villa Aprea is spread across three levels; each designed to maximize comfort and offer panoramic views. The villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of up to ten guests looking for a peaceful and private retreat. Main Floor (Entrance Level) The villa’s elegant entrance opens into a spacious living area where rustic charm meets modern luxury. Living Room: This expansive space features large, plush sofa beds gathered around a charming fireplace, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the coast. Terracotta flooring adds warmth and authenticity, while vaulted windows open onto a terrace with breathtaking views. King-Size Bedroom with En-suite Bathroom: Also on this floor, you’ll find a luxurious king-size bedroom featuring custom furnishings and a private en-suite bathroom. Service Bathroom: A service bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway for guest use. Ground Floor Stairs lead down to the ground floor, where you’ll discover more intimate living spaces.
